So you have now spent the money on a set of winter tyres and wheels. You keep that same car for a good number of years, and the winter tyres only spend 3 months of the year on the car. So far so good. I purchased my winter tyres back in 2010, just before a very bad winter here in the UK. It is now winter 2018, so my tyres are now 8 years old and back on the car.
Now, what happens to rubber when it gets old? It ages and becomes hard, not what you want in a winter tyre.
So how do you fix this problem? Use 303! What’s that I hear you ask. Well 303 is use on Aircraft tyres to keep that supple. So I thought I would give it a try, the first year 2017 I sprayed it on this year a used a brush and got better results. 303 can be found on Amazon 303 Marine UV Protectant Spray Below Below is the video that introduced me to that product. Is it worth it, yes I think so.
